bubblecomment updates

The following additional features have been added to the bubblecomment service:

- You can now add a logo to the top bar in your shared url comments.

- You can now change the border color of your comments

- You can set a start position for where your comments should play on your webpage

- For BasicPlus and Advanced plans, you can now add a logo directly to your comment

To use any of these new features, simply click on the “stylize” tab for any of your comments.
